I've spent the last decade building AI products for enterprises, helping them transform experiences for customers and improve employee productivity.

It started with putting conversational AI in robots, launching developer APIs to use common AI services, and gaining some experience early on. I met with customers, developers, and stakeholders and became an expert fast on how large enterprise organizations can succeed with AI, and what their needs were from a product.

Since then, my products have helped all sizes of businesses to leverage AI to: integrate into their applications easily, visually inspect on the assembly line, transform their customer service operations, and control their AI usage across organizations.

Outside of work, you'll find me reading books and writing reviews in my blog Saturdays in a Book, traveling the world, or attending and sometimes even presenting at tech conferences.
